Experience
Attorney Lorsbach concentrates her practice on trust and estate administration, estate planning and taxation law and business planning. Before joining Hamblett and Kerrigan, Attorney Lorsbach worked for the Disabilities Rights Center, Concord, NH. She assisted clients navigate state, federal and charitable programs, including Medicaid, Social Security and Special Education programs that provide services for individuals with disabilities. She has a special interest in the elder law and special needs trust areas of practice.
Affiliations
Ms. Lorsbach serves on the Board of Directors of the Alliance for Community Supports, the NH Granite State Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health. Attorney Lorsbach has had a long-standing relationship with the NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence, having served as Treasurer and currently serving on their Finance Committee. She is a member of the Nashua, Manchester and New Hampshire Bar Associations She is a member of the New Hampshire Women's Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
