Experience
Attorney Rauseo's work is concentrated on civil litigation with a particular focus on personal injury and insurance defense. He is skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution both within the formal litigation process and pre-suit. He also provides legal counsel and advocacy for clients in the area of family law.
Affiliations
Mr. Rauseo is a member of the Nashua and New Hampshire Bar Associations and served on the NH Bar Board of Governors from 2004 to 2008. Having completed the required training, he has joined the Collaborative Law Alliance of New Hampshire. He holds membership in the American Bar Association and the New Hampshire Association for Justice. Attorney Rauseo has served on the Board of Directors of the Nashua Arts and Humanities Coalition. He has been a member of the Hudson Chamber of Commerce and served on their Board of Directors. He has served on the Board of Directors of Hudson Youth Baseball since 2006. Mr. Rauseo was a member of the Suffolk University Law Review and authored several articles including "Probationers Who Delay Their Own Revocation Hearing May Not Complain of Violations of the Ten Day Bail Period." He has been awarded an AV rating, which is the highest rating an attorney can receive from Martindale-Hubbell.
