May 2008 - Elizabeth M. Lorsbach has joined the Trusts and Estates
department. She received her JD degree from Wake Forest University
and was in private practice in New Hampshire as a trusts, estates,
elder law, business and tax planning attorney. Most recently Beth
was a staff attorney at the Disabilities Rights Center in Concord
and is a Board Member and Treasurer of the NH Coalition Against
Domestic and Sexual Violence and a Board Member of the Alliance
for Community Supports. Attorney Lorsbach will concentrate her practice
in Trusts & Estates and Taxation.

January 2008 - Jon D. Garbarino has joined the litigation department
at Hamblett & Kerrigan. A recent graduate of Franklin Pierce
Law Center, he is admitted to the practice of law in New Hampshire
and Massachusetts. Prior to law school
Jon worked in the high-tech industry, both in a sales capacity,
as an account manager, and in a support role, as a systems analyst.
Attorney Garbarino will concentrate his practice in Civil
Litigation, Family Law, Personal Injury and Employment Law.

to Board of the Northern Ballet Theatre

January 2008 - Attorney Andrew J. Piela was elected to the Board
of Directors of the Northern Ballet Theatre in Nashua. The mission
of the NBT is
to
foster excellence in professional ballet, broaden regional access
to the inspiration, beauty and wonder of professional ballet and
to promote appreciation of dance, with its cultural and aesthetic
enrichment among youth.

January 2007 - Attorney J. Daniel Marr was elected chairperson of
the board of the Nashua Police Athletic League. The NPAL is a charitable
organization which assists local children in athletics, academics
and other areas and has them working with police officers so they
will learn to respect the laws they enforce.

Society elected Attorney Andrew J. Piela a member of their Board
of Directors. Founded in 1870 it owns and maintains the Speare Memorial
Museum and the Abbot-Spalding House on Abbott Street.

Department. He is a graduate of Boston College Law School and was
a law clerk to the Justices of the New
Hampshire Superior Court from 1994-1996. Since then he has been
in
private practice doing civil litigation in New Hampshire. Mr. Piela
concentrates his practice in civil litigation, family law, probate
and land use litigation.
