Attorney Garbarino joins CareGivers Board

Nashua, May 2008 - Attorney Jon D. Garbarino was elected to the Board of The CareGivers, Inc. They provide non-medical support to the frail, the elderly and the disabled enabling them to maintain their dignity and independence.

Trusts and Estates Attorney joins Hamblett & Kerrigan

Nashua, May 2008 - Elizabeth M. Lorsbach has joined the Trusts and Estates department. She received her JD degree from Wake Forest University and was in private practice in New Hampshire as a trusts, estates, elder law, business and tax planning attorney. Most recently Beth was a staff attorney at the Disabilities Rights Center in Concord and is a Board Member and Treasurer of the NH Coalition Against Domestic and Sexual Violence and a Board Member of the Alliance for Community Supports. Attorney Lorsbach will concentrate her practice in Trusts & Estates and Taxation.

Attorney Garbarino joins firm

Nashua, January 2008 - Jon D. Garbarino has joined the litigation department at Hamblett & Kerrigan. A recent graduate of Franklin Pierce Law Center, he is admitted to the practice of law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Prior to law school Jon worked in the high-tech industry, both in a sales capacity, as an account manager, and in a support role, as a systems analyst. Attorney Garbarino will concentrate his practice in Civil Litigation, Family Law, Personal Injury and Employment Law.

Elected to Board of the Northern Ballet Theatre

Nashua, January 2008 - Attorney Andrew J. Piela was elected to the Board of Directors of the Northern Ballet Theatre in Nashua. The mission of the NBT is

Nashua PAL elects chairperson

Nashua, January 2007 - Attorney J. Daniel Marr was elected chairperson of the board of the Nashua Police Athletic League. The NPAL is a charitable organization which assists local children in athletics, academics and other areas and has them working with police officers so they will learn to respect the laws they enforce.

Attorney Piela elected to Nashua Historical Society Board

Nashua, May 16, 2006 - At their annual meeting in May, the Nashua Historical Society elected Attorney Andrew J. Piela a member of their Board of Directors. Founded in 1870 it owns and maintains the Speare Memorial Museum and the Abbot-Spalding House on Abbott Street.

Litigation Attorney Joins Firm

Nashua, February 3, 2005 - Attorney Andrew J. Piela joined the firm's Litigation Department. He is a graduate of Boston College Law School and was a law clerk to the Justices of the New Hampshire Superior Court from 1994-1996. Since then he has been in private practice doing civil litigation in New Hampshire. Mr. Piela concentrates his practice in civil litigation, family law, probate and land use litigation.
