Joseph
M. Kerrigan is retired from the practice of law effective May
15, 2004. He will continue to work with our lawyers at Hamblett
& Kerrigan as an in house consultant. He is a highly respected
advisor to many business and professional leaders in the area. He
has been a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers for over
20 years and has served as president of the Nashua Bar Association,
the State of New Hampshire Bar Association, and the New England
Bar Association.
Chester
H. Lopez, Jr. is a senior attorney in the firm and devotes a
substantial portion of his practice counseling in the areas of corporate
and business law, with emphasis on small and family business enterprises,
not-for-profit and religious organizations, professional practices,
health care law, and the purchase and sale of business and professional
organizations. He is listed in the New Hampshire
section of the publication The Best Lawyers in America
under Corporate Law. He is a member of the Nashua,New
Hampshire and American Bar Associations.
He served as a member of the New Hampshire Supreme Court Professional
Conduct Committee from 1992 to 1995. Mr. Lopez has also served as
a member of the Board of Trustees of Southern New Hampshire Medical
Center for nine years and chaired its board for a two-year term.
He is also counsel to, and a former Trustee and President of the
American Baptist Churches of Vermont and New Hampshire. He is currently
a member of the Greater Nashua United Way's Community Investments
Committee, was a long-time member of the
Nashua Rotary Club, and a past president and a Paul Harris Fellow.
He is also a member of the Nashua, New Hampshire Charitable Fund.
Mr. Lopez received his B.A. degree from Colby College in 1958 and

Timothy G. Kerrigan, came to the
firm after a two-year clerkship with the Chief Judge of the Federal
Court in New Hampshire. Since he joined the firm in 1982 he has
concentrated his efforts in civil litigation; he now focuses his
practice on complex civil trial work. Attorney Kerrigan represents
individuals and multinational corporations in a variety of courts
including every county superior court in New Hampshire as well as
in the federal, district and appellate courts of both New Hampshire
and Massachusetts. He has been active in the community and currently
serves as President of the Board of Directors of The Plus
Company. Mr. Kerrigan has twice been elected to the New Hampshire
Bar Association Board of Governors and presently serves as a certified
mediator for the State Superior Court System. Mr. Kerrigan concentrates
his practice on complex civil litigation, environmental and insurance

Beth H. Davis, born New York, New York,
October 31, 1954; admitted to the bar, 1978, Pennsylvania; 1983,
New Hampshire; Education: Bryn Mawr College (B.A. cum laude, 1975);
Villanova University School of Law (J.D., 1978). Member: American,
New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and Nashua Bar Associations. Ms. Davis

J. Daniel Marr, is a Director and Shareholder
of Hamblett & Kerrigan, PA and his practice includes providing
legal counseling and advocacy for businesses and business persons
including the areas of: employment law; entity formation and governance;
contract negotiation, drafting, and enforcement; creditor rights;
and disputes between co-owners of businesses. He is licensed to
practice law in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and has experience
representing high and low tech manufacturers and service providers,
medical and other professionals, developers, contractors, commercial
and residential landlords, educational institutions, and various
other business organizations and persons. He litigates matters
in both state and federal court including bankruptcy court as well
as assisting clients resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation,
and arbitration. He serves as Chairperson of the Board of
the Nashua Police Athletic League. Mr. Marr received his B.A. in
economics through the University of New Hampshire in 1983 and his

Kevin
P. Rauseo was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1996
and the New Hampshire Bar in 1997 after earning degrees from Salem
State College and Suffolk University Law School. He joined Hamblett
& Kerrigan in 1999 and concentrates his practice in the areas
of civil litigation,
medical malpractice, personal injury,
insurance defense and family
law. Attorney Rauseo was a member of the Suffolk University
Law Review and authored several articles including "Probationers
Who Delay Their Own Revocation Hearing May Not Complain of Violations
of the Ten Day Bail Period". He is a member of the Haverhill,
Massachusetts, New Hampshire (Board of Governors 2004- )and American
Bar Associations, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and

Andrew
J. Piela ,
born Hartford , Connecticut , May 19, 1969.
Education:
Boston College (BA 1991), Boston College Law School (JD 1994). Bar
Admissions: New Hampshire (1994), Maine (1995), Massachusetts (1996),
1st Circuit Court of Appeals (1998). Published article: "A Tale
of Two Statutes" Boston College Environmental Law Review
(1994). From 1994 to 1996 Mr. Piela was a law clerk to the Justices
of the New Hampshire Superior Court. Since leaving the court, Mr.
Piela has worked in private practice doing civil litigation in Nashua,
Bedford and Concord, NH. Mr. Piela is a member of the American,
Massachusetts , New Hampshire and Maine Bar Associations. He was
a coach for the Milford, NH Middle School Mock Trial Team 2000 -2003
and served from 2002 -2004 on the Board of Directors of the
Step Ahead Child Development Center, Concord, NH. He currently serves
on the Board of the Nashua Historical Society and in 2007 was selected
to participate in the 2007-08 Leadership Greater Nashua Program.

Jon
D. Garbarino focuses
his practice in the areas of employment law and civil litigation,
including personal injury and family law. A Massachusetts native,
he earned his BA from Bryant College in 1997. Shortly
after graduation from Bryant he relocated to New Hampshire and in
2007 graduated cum laude from Franklin Pierce Law Center. He is
a licensed lawyer in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts as well
as the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.

Nashua Bar Associations and the American Association for Justice.

Frances
W. Rodier has been with Hamblett & Kerrigan since 1983.
A graduate of Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA, she received a
Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Rivier College. As the firm's
law librarian, she is responsible for the upkeep of the library
and the firm's web site and assists attorneys and staff with legal
research. Ms. Rodier is a member of the Association of New Hampshire
Law Librarians and served two years as secretary and four years
as treasurer. In 1999 she was recipient of the Nashua Rotary West

Karen J. Petry is a New Hampshire native.
She graduated magna cum laude from Rivier College in 1986 with a
bachelor of science degree in Paralegal Studies. Ms. Petry has been
a paralegal in the Trust and Estates Department of Hamblett &
Kerrigan since 1984 and concentrates her practice in the areas of
estate and trust administration and taxation. She is a past recipient

Pamela
A. Hart joined Hamblett & Kerrigan in 1988 and has been
a paralegal in the Trusts and Estates Department since 1993, and
in the legal profession for over fifteen years. She concentrates
her practice in the areas of estate and trust administration and
taxation. Ms. Hart received a certificate in Paralegal Studies from
Middlesex Community College in Burlington, Massachusetts in 1991
and her Associates Degree from Hesser College in 1993. She currently
serves as treasurer of the Greater Nashua Foster & Adoptive Parent
Association. Ms. Hart is a past recipient of the Nashua Rotary West
Exemplary Employee Award and is a member of Hamblett & Kerrigan's

Barbara
M. Henes is a paralegal in the Litigation Department of
Hamblett & Kerrigan. She joined the firm in the spring of 2004
as an Administrative Assistant in our Litigation Department. Ms.
Henes graduated from Bryant & Stratton College in Rochester,
NY and has over 20 years of experience in the legal profession,
having been involved in nearly every facet of litigation over that
time. She will concentrate her practice in Defense Litigation, Family
